  • Purchased concessions or food orders for in-hall delivery are served promptly according to order sequence.

3. Payment Methodology

  • Payments for tickets, food, and other services can be made via:

    • Debit/Credit Cards

    • Bank Transfers

    • POS Transactions at the Cinema Counter

    • Approved Online Payment Gateways integrated on our website or app

  • All payments are processed securely. Customers are responsible for ensuring accuracy of payment details.

  • Transactions are considered complete only after confirmation of successful payment.

4. Refund Policy

  • Tickets are non-refundable once purchased, except in the event of:

    • Film cancellation or technical failure preventing the scheduled screening.

    • Duplicate transactions or payment errors verified by our finance team.

  • Where eligible, refunds shall be processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method.
